A. 男女の夫婦でも子どもがいない場合があります。子どもがいないから男女の夫婦にとって結婚が必要ではないとは言えません。また、子どもができないからといって、妊娠が可能な年齢を超えた人が結婚を認められないとしたら、それは差別です。

子どもを産む産まないに関わらず、結婚は２人の相互理解と信頼、協力と家事の分担などの意味があります。

そもそも諸外国では、子どもを持つ同性カップルが多いという事実があります。同性カップルの子どもの保護を図るためにも、同性婚を認め、子どもに対する社会的、法的、物的な支援を行う方が望ましいと考えられます。

A. There are also heterosexual couples who do not have children. Thus, one cannot say that marriage is unnecessary for these couples. Regardless of whether or not a couple has children, marriage has meanings that coincide with two people’s mutual understanding, trust, support, and cooperation.

In fact, there are many same-sex couples in other countries who have children. In order to take care of and protect their children, many same-sex couples want same-sex marriage to be legalized so that they can provide their children with social and legal support.

  1. 同性婚は必ず成立して欲しいです。
    僕も同性の方とお付き合いしてます。
    異性と付き合うより話題等が合い幸せです。

    今の法案は、人権その物が差別されていると感じます。
    ｢結婚は、異性とじゃないと駄目！｣ そんな内容に取れます。
    今も同性婚を待ち望んで居る方も多いと思います。
    僕もその中の一人ですが
    とにかく早く、日本で幸せに成りたいです。
